By installing the Science-Action app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, you will not be allowed to use the Science-Action app. To ensure that the Science-Action app provides the best experience for everyone, we firmly adhere to a policy of non-tolerance of objectionable content in any possible photo sending interactions and assessments between you and the different scientific places available on the app.

1. You can not post photos or other content through the Science-Action app that suggests violence, nudity, partial nudity, discrimination, illegal acts, transgressions, hate, pornography or sex.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree not to sell, transfer, license or assign your account, your username or any other account right. Except for individuals or entities that are expressly authorized to create accounts for their employers or customers, the Science-Action app prohibits the creation of an account for anyone other than yourself. You also declare that all information provided by you or provided to the Science-Action app at the time of registration and at any other time is true, accurate, up-to-date and complete and you agree to update your information if necessary to maintain their veracity and accuracy.
3. You agree not to solicit, collect or use the credentials of other users of the Science-Action app.
4. You are responsible for the confidentiality and protection of your password.
5. You can not defame (by messages or images) a space available in the application or claim to be persons or entities. You must not post any private or confidential information via the Rating Service, including, but not limited to, your credit card or other person's information, CPF number or other numbers of national identities, phone numbers not known publicly or email addresses that are not publicly known.
6. You may not use the Science-Action app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (for example, federal, state, and local) that apply to your use of the Service and its Content including, but not limited to, copyright laws.
7. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, user names, images, graphics, photos, links and other content or materials that you submit, post or display in the evaluation of the scientific places or elsewhere in the app.
8. You may not create or send e-mails, comments, or any form of commercial communication or harassment (also known as "spam") to any user of the Science-Action app.
9. You may not use domain names or web URLs in your username without the prior written permission of the Science-Action app.
10. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service, including transmission of viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature. You may not enter content or code or modify or interfere in any way with the way a Science-Action page is displayed on a user's browser or device.
11. You can not create accounts with the Science-Action app by unauthorized means, including, but not limited to, use of an automated device, script, robot, a crawler or scraper.
12. You may not attempt to prevent another user from using or enjoying the Science-Action application and you may not encourage or facilitate violations of these Terms of Use or any other condition of the Science-Action app.
13. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in the sole discretion of the Science-Action App, result in the termination of your Science-Action app Account. You understand and agree that the Science-Action app can not and will not be responsible for the content published on the application and that you use it at your own risks. If you violate the text or intent of these Terms of Use, or create a risk or legal exposure to the Science-Action app, we may stop to provide you with the service, as a whole or in part.
